Following the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, reports state that the IPOB leader was re-arrested in Kenya.

However, the Kenya government refute claims that they assisted the federal government in arresting Nnamdi Kanu.

Adding that, “it does not want to be dragged into Nigeria’s internal affairs.”

The Kenya High Commissioner to Nigeria, Amb. Wilfred Machage made this known in Abuja on Friday.

"I wish to categorically state that we are not happy at this ridiculous attempt of dragging the name of Kenya and President Uhuru Kenyatta on this matter of arrest and extradition of self-claimed IPOB leader,” thenationonlineng.net quoted.
