The Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has sparked conversations after a video of him showing his cooking prowess in the kitchen emerged on social media.

In the video, the governor was seen stirring what he says was curry rice while boasting of how good he is in the kitchen.

The man who is yet to be identified inquired what food he was cooking and the governor replied saying: “This is chicken and this is curry rice chicken” whole smiling.

The man complimented him saying the food smells nice and the governor said: “it smells nice huh, that is what I’m talking about.”

The video comes at the back of Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci, who surpassed the current Guinness World Record holder for cooking marathon to emerge as the new record breaker.

On Monday morning, Hilda, a TV producer, actress, and foodpreneur, broke Lata Tandon's previous record of 87 hours and 45 minutes.

Politicians, celebrities, priests, and other well-intentioned Nigerians have all continued to show their support for Hilda.

She received congratulations from the president-elect, Bola Tinubu as well as from Tiwa Savage, Real Warri Pikin, Spyro, Teni, and Skiibii, among others.
