A Nigerian businesswoman identified as Rivka Aisha, known on social media as rivkaaishaa, has ignited intense online debate after publishing a scathing obituary for her late former friend, Jannah.
In a series of posts shared on her official handle, the entrepreneur celebrated the passing of her deceased peer, alleging that she secretly targeted married men and played a central role in dismantling her marriage.
Aisha posted a customized funeral flyer bearing the header "Rest in Hell, Jannah," accompanied by harsh remarks detailing the circumstances surrounding her former friend's passing.
"With absolutely no tears and several unanswered questions, we announce the untimely departure of Jannah, a woman who spent her earthly days proving that not every woman’s hobby is Pilates, brunch, or traveling. Some women simply prefer other people’s husbands. Jannah will be remembered for her remarkable dedication to married men, particularly the husbands of women who foolishly considered her a friend," the post read.
The graphic went on to state that the deceased passed away following health complications arising from cosmetic surgery procedures.
"Her story came to an end following complications from a facelift and vaginal rejuvenation surgery. In the end, even karma said: enough. Good riddance, Jannah," the graphic added.
Reacting to critics who questioned the propriety of attacking a deceased person, the businesswoman defended her actions, claiming the late woman threatened her family and triggered an expensive custody battle.
"Before you all come at me, this woman pretended to be my friend, came in my home, conned and blackmailed my ex and then tried same with me, put threats on my kids among other things. She's part of the reason I ended up in a custody battle, etc. Good riddance. Very happy she's not among us anymore," Aisha stated.
Addressing further inquiries regarding her former husband's role in the affair, the entrepreneur noted that she confronted her ex-husband first before finalizing their divorce.
"For all those new here, I did call out my ex first when it happened and promptly left him. There were multiple posts even but after a length divorce and expensive court battle, we settled and I agreed to remove the content and not repost it in exchange for more $$. He felt the wrath though and those who were here saw it all," she explained.
Aisha concluded her posts by sharing an old photograph of herself alongside the deceased with the caption: "May you never rest in peace and go straight to hell Jannah. Karma is a bitch. Good riddance".
