Popular Nigerian crossdresser and social media personality Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, has called out associates of alleged drug lord Afolabi Kazeem Michael (KC Luxury) for turning their backs on him following his high-profile arrest by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
Taking to social media, Bobrisky criticized fair-weather friends and online commentators who previously celebrated the luxury dealer’s wealth but quickly turned against him once his legal troubles began.
"Nigerians are the biggest hypocrites. So many of you have a lot to say about KC Luxury now, but you couldn’t say any of it to his face before he got arrested.
"Many of you were busy kissing his ass before his arrest, but the moment he got arrested, you suddenly found your voices and opinions," Bobrisky wrote in a social media post.
While clarifying that she does not personally know KC Luxury or share a close relationship with him, Bobrisky condemned close associates who immediately disowned the socialite after his detention.
"I’m not his friend, and I don’t follow him, but pretending to love and support someone, only to start speaking badly about them the moment they get arrested, really shows how hypocritical some people are," Bobrisky stated.
Elaborating further in the post's caption, she emphasized the importance of loyalty even when loved ones face public disgrace or legal consequences.
"I will never deny any of my friends regardless of his/her offense. I will condemn his act but still stand tall for him or her. I can see some of his friends denying him, what a pity!
"I'll understand if you don't know him or he's not ur friend... but his close friends naaaa. 2026 nobody dey get bestie again o," she added.
