Controversial Nigerian content creator, DJ Chicken, has been released from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre after spending two weeks in prison.

He was released on Tuesday, July 21, after spending nearly two weeks in prison.

In a video post, he said: “I’m back oo, freedom at last” as he was flanked by his lawyer.

“God bless the Nigerian government, God bless Seyi Tinubu, and our president. I love you guys. It is not easy, my fans. People that are free don’t know what God has done for them. Freedom is good”, he said.

Recall that DJ Chicken was remanded in prison by a Lagos State Magistrate Court over a threat to kill President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu.
