Former Big Brother Naija housemate Doyin David has advised contestants for the upcoming 11th season of the reality show ahead of its July 26th launch.
Speaking at the BBNaija Season 11 pre-show media launch in Lagos, Doyin urged incoming housemates to avoid playing it safe and to express themselves fully, even if it attracts criticism.
“My advice to the incoming BBNaija Season 11 housemates is, don’t be boring, don’t be a piece of furniture. Don’t be scared of people judging you,” she said.
“Say whatever you want to say and do whatever you want to do. You will deal with consequences later,” she added.
Doyin also emphasised the importance of independence in the house, “Learn how to have fun by yourself. When you are in that house, you might not have a lot of friends, but you need to be able to stand alone and don’t be depressed about it.”
According to organisers, Big Brother Naija Season 11 will premiere on July 26, 2026.
This season features a record-breaking N160 million grand prize, comprising N100 million in cash and a brand-new SUV.
