Actress Uche Elendu has argued that wealth should not be regarded as the sole measure of success, questioning society’s growing tendency to equate achievement with financial prosperity.

In a post on her Instagram page, the actress challenged the notion that success is determined by money alone.

She asked whether every successful person is necessarily rich and whether every wealthy individual should automatically be considered successful.

“Has money become the measure of success? Is money really the measure of success? Let’s hear your thoughts. Is every successful person rich? And is every rich person successful?”, she asked.

“Your views are important, and it’s you and what you think. Own it! Let’s hear it”, she wrote.

Elendu also engaged with followers in the comments, stating that while financial resources matter, they are not enough on their own.

She noted that total life satisfaction is a key requirement for success, and that several other qualities must be present beyond financial status to earn that title.

“Well, in my opinion, yes, but not totally o because a successful person must have achieved total life satisfaction to attain that title. If you don’t have money, e remain. But there are a whole lot of other things to possess to be called successful”, she added.
