Senator Ned Nwoko has listed his achievements after Rita Daniels, the mother of his wife, Regina Daniels, alleged that her family had supported him in becoming the politician he is today.
Rita Daniels made the outburst after allegations of domestic violence rocked Ned Nwoko and Regina Daniels' marriage, which has produced two children.
In a viral video, Rita Daniels dismissed claims that her daughter is a gold digger for marrying Ned Nwoko, a much older man. According to her, Regina Daniels once gave the lawmaker 50K dollars to fund his election.
She noted: “I was covering you, the same way you went up, you will come down. If you think you can bite the finger that fed you, you will go down. People are saying money, which money? Because I’m covering you.
Regina will call you my Odogwu, and has made you feel funky. When you were going for the election, how much did Regina give to you? $50,000, that’s what she gave you to support your election.
“Is she a child? And the one I supported you with. All my resources are right inside your election; you are mad. Because people are saying she’s a gold digger.:
She also alleged that Ned Nwoko was not well-known until he married her actress daughter and used her star to boost his image.
In an apparent response, Ned Nwoko shared a list of the things he has achieved, many of which predated Regina Daniels' birth.
