Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, has insinuated that American musicians cannot fill an eighty-thousand-capacity stadium the way Nigerian singers Burna Boy and Davido do abroad.
The billionaire said this to express why people need to see possibilities in business and grab them, instead of sitting idle and castigating goal getters.
Dangote made this statement at a press briefing about his six-million-ton cement plant at Itori, Ogun State.
He said, "It's like before, we used to watch all these Maradona and co playing. Our players were not up to that. But right now, you look at the French team, most of them are black.
"Today, when somebody like Burna Boy and Davido go and perform, you see eighty-five thousand people in the stadium. America cannot gather that crowd.
"So, there are so many possibilities of life. Once you have life, you should not have limited ambition.'
