Nigerian actress Iyabo Ojo has voiced her disappointment in legendary singer Innocent Idibia widely known as 2Baba after he announced the ongoing divorce between him and his wife Annie Idibia.

The actress wrote in a post on her Instagram account that 2Baba's divorce announcement was both insensitive and inappropriate.

Iyabo Ojo claimed that the singer's decision to fuel the flames of Annie Idibia, the mother of his children, was cruel, particularly at this vulnerable time.

She wrote, “2baba I adore you both but the timing was off. Adding fuel to the fire burning the mother of your kids who’s already vulnerable, is so unempathetic. I’m disappointed.

May you both find inner strength to prioritize your children’s needs. Annie this storm will pass.”

It is worth noting that the couple has been embroiled in a dispute ever since 2Baba announced on Sunday, January 26, that he and Annie have been separate for sometime and were presenting divorcing. The news has since sparked outrage on social media with many sharing varied opinions.
