Nigerian disc jockey and billionaire heiress Florence Ifeoluwa, better known as DJ Cuppy, has reacted to remarks made by Ugo Nwokolo, Mr. Nigeria Supranational on her relationship status.

In an episode of The Honest Bunch podcast, Mr. Nigeria asserted that the billionaire heiress is not truly ready for marriage since she looks for a man who shares her social status.

Nwokolo talked about the numerous direct messages that DJ Cuppy receives from men, emphasising that some of them actually appreciate her for who she is rather than just because of her wealth.

She posted her opinions on her official X page after the video of Mr. Nigeria discussing relationship status went viral.

DJ Cuppy responded to Mr. Nigeria's remarks by saying she will check her direct messages.

She wrote, “Lemme quickly check my DM’s.”

DJ Cuppy’s reaction prompted yet another reactions from social media users. Some netizens noted that the disc jockey indeed was not ready for marriage because if she was, she’d have gone any length to get herself a man. Others asserted that she was still single because she knows her worth and doesn’t want to be used by any man and taken advantage of.
