Controversial Nigerian artist Darlington Okoye, better known by his stage name Speed Darlington, has allegedly being arrested again by Nigeria Police Force agents.

Recall that the contentious singer was arrested on October 4 after a video surfaced in which he allegedly made fun of fellow artist Burna Boy for his relationship with American rapper Diddy, who is currently facing legal issues with the FBI over alleged sexual exploitation.

After being detained for five days, Speed Darlington was later released on bail on October 9.

Deji Adeyanju, his lawyer, posted on his official Facebook page on Wednesday to notify the public of the recent arrest.

He stated, “Our client Speed Darlington, a.k.a AKPI has been arrested by the Nigerian police in Owerri at his show upon return to Nigeria.”
