A masterpiece - Wizkid’s Morayo album excites fans

Excitement is spreading across Nigeria as singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, finally released his much-anticipated album, ‘Morayo’.

The Grammy-winning artiste dropped his latest album, named after his late mother on November 22, 2024.

Some of the songs on the album include; ‘Troubled Mind’, ‘Karamo’, ‘Kese (Dance)’, ‘Bad Girl’, ‘Time’, ‘Piece of My Heart’, ‘Break Me Down’, ‘Bend’, and ‘A Million Blessings’.

Others are ‘Après Minuit’, ‘Bad for You’, ‘Soji’, ‘Don’t Care’, ‘Slow’, ‘Lose’, and ‘Pray’.

The album consists of 16 tracks and features top musicians such as Brent Faiyaz, Jazmine Sullivan and YBNL star Asake.

As the album hit the internet and various streaming platforms, Nigerians and some celebrity colleagues could not contain their joy as they took to social media to share their thoughts.

Prior to the announcement of his album release, Wizkid released ‘Piece of My Heart’ in October and followed up with ‘Kese (Dance) in November.
