Reality TV personality Uriel Oputa has stated that she believes some former contestants of the Big Brother Naija show should not be giving romantic advice.

She made this assertion after colleague housemate Rachel Edwards recommended that women break up with men who don't intend to buy them a car.

Rachel had gained popularity for her controversial claim that women should leave their partners if they don't intend to purchase a car for them.

She wrote, “If he has no intention of buying you a car, leave him!!!."

Uriel Oputa responded by claiming on her Instagram account that participants of the Big Brother Naija should not be allowed to give such advice. She expressed the opinion that the development of a sense of entitlement is frequently the first step in a woman's deterioration.

Uriel wrote, “No offence some BBN girls Should not be giving relationship advice
“Ladies, the beginning of your downfall is when entitlement creeps in. When you become a constant receiver without gratitude or the ability to recognize what you’ve been given, you lose the power to grow. True wisdom lies in acknowledging what you receive, using it to elevate yourself, and sharing that knowledge to become a better person. Entitlement is the greatest form of bondage —know this, and you will be free.”
