Wizkid reacts after being slammed over recent ‘Una Papa’ post

Nigerian music star Wizkid has spoken out after receiving a lot of criticism for his latest post.

The singer shared a mysterious message on his verified X platform and Instagram accounts, saying “Una papa!” which means “Your father!”

Along with this, he shared some photos of himself.

Some Wizkid fans accepted the comment calmly, but others quickly showed their anger and disappointment.

One X user, @ArewaAdebukolaa, clapped back at Wizkid, saying “Your papa too… this midget will just wake up, smoke igbo, and tweet rubbish. Your papa papa x10. Werey ni e nii?”

In reaction to the criticism, Wizkid took to his X account on Friday, August 16, 2024, to express love and quietly address those who had attacked him.

Wizkid wrote, “Don’t get it twisted, love is a beautiful thing!”

He added, “Awon werey kan Lon correct daddy won,” which translates to “Only mad people correct their fathers.”
