Nigerian comedian Bovi Ugboma, known simply as Bovi, has extended advice to American rapper Sean Love Combs, better known as P. Diddy, in the wake of his public apology for a past incident involving his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
A distressing video from 2016 surfaced on social media, showing P. Diddy in a violent altercation with Ventura. The footage, captured by hotel surveillance, depicts a physical assault that has since sparked widespread outrage and calls for accountability.
In the video, Ventura is seen being aggressively handled by Diddy, who appears to kick and drag her along the floor.
The altercation continues with Diddy retrieving items from the ground, further assaulting Ventura, and at one point, throwing an object in her direction before leaving the scene.
Following the video's viral, Diddy addressed the incident on his Instagram with a post titled "I'm truly sorry," where he condemned his own actions and expressed remorse. He acknowledged the severity of his behavior and shared his journey towards rehabilitation and seeking divine forgiveness.
In response to Diddy's statement, Bovi commented publicly, urging the rapper to be forthcoming if there are additional incidents yet to be revealed, suggesting a proactive approach to potential future disclosures.
Bovi's message read: "If there's more, it's better to confess and apologize now, in advance."
