On-air personality Daddy Freeze has slammed pastors who have opposed the Big Brother Naija reality show but have remained mute since Ilebaye pledged to pay a tithe of N12 million.

The reality program has been denounced as morally disgusting by many godly men.

Daddy Freeze criticized these men of God for remaining mute when the most recent winner of the competition, Ilebaye, announced that she would be paying tithing from the show's proceeds.

Ilebaye won the N120 million first-place prize and the title of 2023 BBNaija All Stars Edition champion. Later, she said she wouldn't use the cash until her 10% tithe was paid.

Daddy Freeze questioned why none of the pastors who criticized the program approached her and accused her of giving money from an unethical event to the church.

He added: “Mammon is the god most of them worship.”
