'Are they looking for the slap?' - Netizens react to video of police operatives ransacking Seun Kuti’s residence

A video of police operatives ransacking Seun Kuti’s residence has surfaced on social media.

The Afrobeat singer is being remanded at the State Criminal, Investigations and Intelligence Department, SCIID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos after he assaulted a police officer.

In a video that went viral, the music star was accused of slapping a police officer on May 13 which prompted an order for his arrest before he turned himself in to the police.

In the latest video which has emerged, police operatives were captured on camera searching the residents of the Afrobeat star.

The said video has caused a stir among netizens who are questioning what assault against police personnel got to do with searching one's residence.
