Skales speaks on his past issues with Wizkid

Singer, Raoul John Njeg-Njeng, popularly known as Skales has finally spoken about what started the long-drawn-out beef between himself and Afrobeats superstar, Wizkid.

In 2015, the two singers engaged in an exchange of words on Twitter.

According to Skales, It all began after one Twitter user inquired when Skales and Wizkid would release a single together during a question-and-answer session with fans.

Responding to the Twitter user, skale said that WizKid was too busy for him.

Skales said in a recent interview with Echo Room that his response was a joke but Wizkid had taken offense.

He mentioned that one of his friends has reached out to him to inform him that WizKid was insulting his father on Twitter due to what he had said.

Skales stated, the responses that came from his account at the time weren’t from him, but from his girlfriend at that time.

He further said that he felt offended about the entire incident but claim Wizkid must have been in a bad mood when he was responding to the tweets.
