'They disappear when it's time to show activism in real life' - Twitter user calls out Burna Boy

A Twitter user has called out the self-acclaimed African giant, Burna Boy for failing to get involved during the presidential and national assembly elections.

The tweep stated that Burna Boy will win Grammy Awards through the love people have for him and his songs but whenever its time for him to also help by Nigerians by adding his voice or using vigorous means to bring about political change he won't be found anywhere.

He wrote: "One Artiste will use our pains to sing and win Grammy but when its time to show the supposed activism in real life we no dey see them. African Giant lori iro."

This caused conversations on social media as most of them attacked the singer for being selfish and not thinking about the interest of his fans.

Some people however, defended the singer saying politics was a matter of choice and preferences and that it could not be forced on anyone.
