'She's in her 30s now' - Netizens react as throwback picture of Chichi surfaces amid age brouhaha

Big Brother Naija star Chinenyenwa Desire Okoebor who is popularly known as Chichi has stirred reactions on social media after revealing her age.

The reality star took to social media to praise God for His grace and mercies in her life as she marks her 23rd birthday celebration today, January 10.

She wrote: “I was conceived out of grace!!! 23 (TWENTY THREE) in few hours!!!… RRARRRHHHH.”

However, Chichi's tweet elicited conflicting responses on social media, as many believed she had lied about her age.

Her colleague housemate Allysyn, also openly attacked her by commenting: "23 my ass."

Old pictures of the reality star from 2014 have appeared online amid the frenzy that her age has generated.

After examining the images, internet users deduced that Chichi was 14 in 2014 because she is now 23 years old.

They also questioned her exposure at the age of 14, pointing out that she was wearing a lot of makeup in most of the pictures.
