A video has emerged of Burna Boy’s mother and manager being denied entry into a show to check on the technical works before the singer arrives for his performance.

Recall that fans took to social media to call out Burna Boy for the delay to his concert on January 1, 2023.

Many expressed their disappointment at the singer after making them wait for hours before taking to the stage to perform.

Burna Boy through his management apologized for the delay and hinted that all performances within Nigeria has been put to a halt.

However, a video has surfaced of some men refusing Burna Boy’s mother entry into the show to confirm both technical and acoustic prior to the show.

In a series of tweet, a social media user who shared the video wrote;

“Burna Boy's mother and manager initially came to the show at 8pm to confirm the technical and acoustics, but she was denied Entry by tout. This is where the hate originated from. This became the root cause, if you can deny the management entry, what's the essence of performance?

“If you want to crucify Burna for whatever happened that night, you must first tackle the issue from the root. Two wrongs does not make a right. If you're been liberal, blocking the entrance means there's an agenda against Burna even before this show.
“It's way easier to show hate than to love. You can't hide hate if your soul is bitter, it naturally erupt through your mannerisms. All those who crucified Burna on post-new year, are naturally spiteful. They have deep contempt against him. If they had love, they would have.

“Visited the root cause of this mishap, rather they rushed to social media because ill topics on Burna brings engagement. we condemn politicians, we condemn celebrities, but how about yourselves? As a people are humble for evolution? I don't think so. Sadly I don't.”

Meanwhile, some fans have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on the recently surfaced video after series of backlashes were thrown at the singer.
