Twitter user wrongly tagged as DJ Cuppy’s fiance

Reactions have continued to trail the declaration by Nigerian celebrity, Florence Otedola popularly known as DJ Cuppy of her engagement to her boyfriend, Ryan Taylor.

It would be recalled that following the news of her engagement, DJ Cuppy on Monday night took to her official Twitter handle to confirm she is indeed engaged to British boxer, Ryan Taylor.

Cuppy revealed that she met her boo only 25 days ago.

Describing him as the love of her life, she noted that sometimes one falls for the most unexpected person at the most unexpected time.

“I can officially announce that I’m engaged! Only 25 days ago during @Gumball3000 driving rally, I met the love of my life.

“Sometimes you fall for the MOST unexpected person at the MOST unexpected time and for the MOST unexpected reason.

I love you deep @RyanTaylor,” she wrote on her social media.

However, it was observed that she tagged the wrong Twitter account and not her boyfriend with netizens calling her out for the mistake.

She however quickly made amends and tagged the real Ryan Taylor.

The mistake was however not lost on the Twitter user who was wrongly tagged initially as well as he took to the comment section to reply Cuppy.

He stated that he has become a fan of the DJ.

He wrote: “The dream is over. You lost a “fiancé” but gained a fan @cuppymusic.”
