Nigeria's Tekno, Timaya have been included in the second wave of artistes billed to perform at the next Afro Nation festival in Portugal. Small Doctor, Koffee, Ms Banks, Rick Ross and Popcaan were also listed.
Schedued to hold on the 17, 18 and 19 of July 2020, the festival was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. It will now take place on July 1, 2 and 3, 2021.
With the first wave of artists like Wizkid, Sauti Sol, Skepta, 2Baba, Kizz Daniel, Olamide, Wande Coal, Niniola, Patoranking, Burna Boy, Davido, Yemi Alade and Beenie Man already confirmed, the festival is poised to attract a global audience to the Portuguesse capital, Lisbon.
