Don't isolate your mind, know yourself, Toke admonishes

Nigerian radio personality, Toke Makinwa has advised Nigerians to make good use of their self-isolation period by developing their minds.

She gave this advice in a tweet on the microblogging platform urging them to be productive during this period by reading or working towards a desired goal.

"Do not isolate your mind, read books, browse through the internet, start working on that goal you’ve ignored so long, play board games, spend time with your body, know yourself," she tweeted.

Recall that Toke Makinwa hosted the 2020 African Magic viewers’ Choice Award red carpet alongside Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

She was amongst those advised to self-isolate or report to authorities if they show symptoms of coronavirus.

The renowned vlogger and author noted that she had been self-isolating since the event.
