Yvonne Nelson backs Kofi Adjorlolo as he slams Ghanaian movie producers

Actress Yvonne Nelson has backed veteran actor, Kofi Adjorlolo, who recently slammed Ghanaian movie producers.

MyNigeria reported that Kofi Adjorlolo slammed them with claims that they are owing him money.

The actor aired out his anger while granting an interview on the red carpet of an event.

According to him, he suffers hunger at times due to producers failing to pay him for the job he did for them. What annoys him the most is that reports on the internet say he's worth $800,000.

When asked if the failure of the producers to pay his likes is the reason why the Ghanaian movie industry is not growing, Kofi Adjorlolo prescribed a stakeholders meeting as solution.

Shortly after a video from the interview went viral, Kofi Adjorlolo got slammed by many concerned Ghanaians.

Yvonne Nelson has now taken sides with him against his critics.

In a tweet, she said, "Kofi Adjorlolo spoke his truth! Which sadly is our INDUSTRY’s truth....no one can lie about it! You can say yours too, dont undermine his! Love you Kofi".

She added: "They shouldnt get me started! If i hear anyone attacking Kofi again eeeh, I dont want to open that 2010 book! I dont wanna start! I will mention all the names, the demons in that era tried me! But God had better plans for His daughter".
