'You took my pain and fought for me' - Halima Abubakar sends open letter to blogger Gistlover

Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar has sent a harsh open letter to divisive Instagram account Gistlover.

She noticed how the anonymous blog took advantage of her personal anguish and went after the perpetrators, whether or not they were involved.

Halima said she hopes the blogger would show late Nigerian singer Mohbad, whose cause of death is yet unknown, the same kindness she received.

The actress expressed on her Instagram page her wish to support the cause of the deceased singer in her prayers but was unable to do so because she was still recovering.

She explained how Gistlover formerly pulled her around, but that she has since changed into her warrior and has been helping her in her fight for justice.

Many social media users took to the actress' comment section to praise the blogger for the wonderful work it has been doing by making sure that those who need to do the right thing are being called out.
