A Nigerian clergyman, Gospel Agochukwu, has sparked a conversation online after sharing his thoughts about employer-employee relationship.

In a post shared on his Facebook page, Agochukwu wrote that any employee that receives his or her salary and does not show gratitude to his or her boss is an ingrate.
