A Nigerian socialite named Yhemolee has sued rising musician Lil Frosh, for N200 million in damages.

The singer accused Yhemolee of attacking him at a recent event, which prompted this legal action.

Lil Frosh offered his version of events on Instagram, saying that Yhemolee unexpectedly confronted him and slapped him without warning.

The former signee of DMW Records voiced his displeasure, stressing that he didn't even know Yhemolee and that he had done nothing to deserve such an insult.

In a social media post, Lil Frosh accused Yhemolee of causing him any misfortune that would come his way.

This led to Yhemolee receiving a flurry of anonymous death threats.

In response to these grave charges, Yhemolee has now sued Lil Frosh, for N200 million in damages.

In a statement that was accompanied to a letter from his attorney, Yhemolee made it clear that the singer's unfounded charges have resulted in several death threats against him.

Yhemolee asserts that he is innocent of all the accusations made against him by Little Frosh.

He said: "The past few days has been a whole lot as I have been falsely accused continuously by @lhilfroshgram which has led me to get multiple death threats from random people, my timeline has been a mess for over 72hrs for something I’m clearly innocent of.

“This is a pre-action notice to @lhilfroshgram. Attached letter from my lawyer is for your attention. #saynotobllying #saynotocltchasing less.”

The actor released a statement from his attorney in which he emphasized his innocence and discussed the negative effects the claims have had on both his personal and career lives.
