Yemi Alade performs at the Holland festival as a guest artist

Nigerian singer Yemi Alade performed at the Holland festival over the weekend along side Beninese Grammy Award winner Angélique Kidjo.

The singer performed her hit song 'Shekere' which also featured the Beninese singer to a sold out crowd in Amsterdam, London and France.

Yemi took to her Instagram page to share pictures and videos of the concert with caption "I'm outside with My Queen. Next stop London then France! @angeliquekidjo"

The seventy-fifth edition of the Holland Festival opened on Friday evening June 3, 2022.

Associate artist of the festival Angélique Kidjo, released her album 'Mother Nature ten gehore', an Afro-pop record she made with contributions from young artists with African roots.

The world star also flown in other guest artists which includes singer Jeangu Macrooy, singer Zeynab Abib to prove her strength as a bridge builder with a great throat.
