X Blue: 'Where dem dey put the money @elonmusk?' - Davido asks as influencers cash out of Musk' money making scheme

Afrobeats singer David Adeleke who is widely known as Davido has shown interest in reports that tweeps are getting extra income on Elon Musk's Twitter now X.

Just recently, Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, now known as X revealed that he would start paying creators a share of the platform’s ad revenue.

Reports also made the rounds online of some people already getting paid by Twitter.

This action follows earlier payments made to a small group of creators in July 2023.

Any user who fits the requirements can now easily apply for the program from the monetisation tab in their settings.

Users must either be a Verified Organization or subscribe to X Blue, which looks to be the new name for Twitter Blue, in order to be eligible for the program.

In addition, creators must have 500 or more followers and have accrued a minimum of 15 million impressions on their combined postings over the last three months.

Taking to his official Twitter page, Davido reacted to the development by asking where the money is being kept.

He wrote: "Where dem dey put the money @elonmusk"

Davido's tweet regarding the payment of Twitter influencers drew numerous responses from online users.

Some of them pondered the music star's expected earnings from the initiative.
