Nigerian actress Wumi Toriola has issued a crucial warning to aspiring young leaders.

She advised them to cultivate the discipline to see things through and learn to prioritize results. She talked about avoiding distractions and finishing tasks.

She wrote, “Dear Young Leader. Work – Life Balance doesn’t feature in conversations where you’re behind on deliverables. You must learn to prioritize results. It is an unpopular opinion but a very valid one. Develop the discipline to see things through. You must learn to shut off distractions. Get work done. Cheers to your success.”
