Nigerian music star Ayodeji Balogun, well known as Wizkid has sparked reactions online after posting a brief but cryptic message following a revelation by his son, Boluwatife Balogun.
Boluwatife recently drew attention on social media after opening up about his connection to Islam during the ongoing Ramadan.
In a reflective post, he described this year’s Ramadan as particularly meaningful, prompting curiosity from followers about his religious background.
The conversation intensified when a user asked if he had a Muslim name. Responding directly, Boluwatife revealed his Islamic name as Abdul Rahman, later explaining that it was given to him by his paternal grandfather, who practices Islam.
Shortly after the revelation gained traction online, Wizkid took to X and posted a simple message: “Love God.”
Though brief, the post has been widely interpreted as a subtle reaction to his son’s statement, further fueling conversations among fans about faith, family, and identity.
