Mrs. Jane Balogun, the deceased mother of well-known Nigerian singer Ayodeji Balogun best known by his stage name WizKid, was fondly remembered by her family.

In a heartfelt act, the singer joined forces with other close family members and a group of friends, all dressed in black, to light the path with a candlelight service in loving memory of the deceased.

Wizkid was joined by his older sister, smart Project Management Consultant Busayo Balogun.

The serious yet heartfelt event took place in Lagos State, and it included a march through Shitta Small London, Surulere, a community close to WizKid's roots and where he grew up.
