Wizkid bags two nominations at American Music Awards 2022

Starboy Wizkid has put Nigeria on the map once again, as the singer received a total of two nominations at the US-based American Music Awards 2022.

He was nominated for the Favorite Afrobeats Artist and Favorite R&B Song categories.

This is not the first time he received nominations for the prestigious award.

He was nominated thrice in 2016 with the hit collaboration ‘One Dance’ with Drake.

Wizkid has received nominations for the AMAs 2022 in the following categories:
