When will you receive sense? – Adekunle Gold confronts Samklef for calling out his wife Simi

Music producer, Samklef recently clashed with Afrobeats star Adekunle Gold over comments he made about his wife, Simi.

In a tweet posted on Sunday, May 5, 2024, Samklef claimed responsibility for Simi’s rise to fame and influence in the music industry.

He stated that he was supposed to have dated Simi but chose not to because they were both workers at the same church, Daystar.

Samklef wrote, “Interviewer! Who can you say is one of the most ungrateful artists you’ve ever worked with? Samklef: Simi and Ric Hassani both of them were from CU but very ungrateful. Simi even set me up for dragging on this app she wanted to humiliate the hand that helped her.”

Adekunle Gold who was not pleased with Samklef’s comments about his wife did not hesitate to respond, saying his wife owes him nothing.

He noted that Samklef claims to have made Simi and several others, yet he was unable to make himself.

According to Adekunle Gold who recounted an experience with the beatmaker, Samklef defrauded him and a friend for whom he was supposed to produce a song.

AG wrote on social media, "Congratulations. Now make yourself! idiot. You are pushing 40 and look at what’s left of your legacy; foolishness. Aridin Agba."
