Below is an excerpt of an article from Citizens Magazine in 1994 about the raggae musician, Ras Kimono, and his opinion concernign the sexual allegation against singer Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson, international music megastar is under heat. A sex scandal is unfolding. He is accused of sexual abuse of children.

Many see the legendary conspiracy of American people in the allegations. They want to frame him because he's the only blackman who is a star, and a long reigning one for that matter.

Ras Kimono, Reggae star had this to say." When the whole scandal broke, I was in America and I did not believe it.

"In America, they have brought Mike Tyson down, frustrated Michael Jordan out of basketball. Now they want to bring down Michael Jackson. To me, this is just part of a plot," he said.

Ras Kimono died on June 10, 2018, at the age of 60. He passed away at Lagoon Hospital in Ikoyi, Lagos, after collapsing at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport while waiting to travel to the United States.

On his part, Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009, after suffering from acute propofol intoxication in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 50.
