Nigerian media personality Yeni Kuti has responded to the widely shared video of renowned actress Ngozi Ezeonu berating some ladies for their audition attire.
Recall that the veteran was seen in a widely shared video berating two young ladies for showing up to auditions wearing skimpy attire, particularly braless ones. Ngozi Ezeonu was not pleased with the ladies' braless attire at the Lagos audition and questioned their motives, bemoaned the frequency of the event, and expressed disapproval of their decision to attend without wearing bras.
Social media users' reactions to the video were mixed, with some applauding her for speaking out against indecent attire and others criticizing her.
When discussing it on TVC's Your View broadcast, Yeni Kuti stated that Ngozi had no business criticizing them. She asked the veteran what she used to wear and do when she was younger. According to Yeni, elderly people frequently have a tendency to forget their youthful transgressions.
She said, “It wasn’t any of her business. We older people tend to forget what we did in our youthful days."
The post garnered many varied reactions from social media users.
