Watching people’s IG, Snapchat stories made me feel less of myself - Blaqbonez

Nigerian artist, Emeka Afumefule who is popularly known as Blaqbonez has disclosed why he stopped watching other people's Instagram stories.

The disclosure was made by the Nigerian rapper during a question-and-answer session on Twitter.

The 25-year-old musician revealed that while he viewed other people's stories, their life appeared to be great and perfect which made him feel less of himself.

He wrote: “4 years ago I stopped watching people’s IG & snapchat stories because it always made me feel less of myself, people always seemed to have this perfect life, i told myself I won’t let then tension me. I still don’t watch people’s stories. #AskBlaqbonez"

Blaqbonez is signed under Chocolate City. He is well known for his original rap style and his creativity.

The rapper was highlighted as one of the new guards of Nigerian music by The New York Times in 2019.
