Discussions on social media have been sparked by a video showing Nigerian artist Kizz Daniel's bouncer shoving an overly enthusiastic fan off the stage.

In the viral video, an overzealous fan tried to join the singer on stage as he was singing the "Buga" dance, but Kizz Daniel's bouncer forbade it and booted the fan off.

Kizz Daniel could be seen in the video grinning and seems pleased to watch his admirer dancing to his music.

Since then, social media users have been discussing the video as many criticized the bouncer for the behaviour, calling it inhumane.

Others agreed that there was nothing wrong with Kizz Daniel's bouncer since they thought that was what he had been hired to do and that he must do his duties as such.
