Veteran Nollywood star living in extreme poverty laments being paid N1k, cries out to Nigerians

Popular Igbo movie star, well-known for appearing in most of the industry's classic films today, has disclosed that he has not been paid well by his colleagues and film directors.

The actor is currently living in dilapidated house with his wife and children.

Spotted in a TikTok video, he revealed that he had to stop acting because the money he was paid was not even able to support himself and his family.

He added that the movie's producers do not pay him the amount they agree on before shooting the movie, and he is usually given N1000 to hang on to till payment is due, and he never gets the money.

He added that a lot of the movies he acted have received millions of views on YouTube.
