Controversial Nigerian social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan has openly urged TVC News to give him an opportunity to clear his innocence after comedian Deeone made grave accusations against him.
As you may remember, the comedian said in a TVC interview that the social media critic had misappropriated NGO funding and that there was a video of him having sex with a man.
VeryDarkMan responded in a furious Instagram post, expressing his indignation and calling for a chance to respond to the allegations on the same platform. He called on his supporters to beg TVC to extend an invitation to him, accusing the station of disseminating lies.
He wrote, “@tvcnewsng please I need to come and defend myself, I am innocent of all those allegations guys please beg TVC to send me an invitation @davido I am innocent @mazitundeednut I am innocent @dkokopee I am innocent.”
VeryDarkMan also questioned TVC's trustworthiness in the comment section implying that if the channel declined to invite him, it may validate rumors that it is being used to serve political agendas.
He added, “If @tvcnewsng doesn’t invite ME, then the rumors of TVC being used to drive Tinubu’s narrative might be true. Allegations of them working against anyone that speaks against the ills of this BAT government MIGHT BE TRUE.”
