In a new video, popular Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan called out Guinness World Record holder Hilda Baci for collecting money from people under false pretence.
In a recent video, VeryDarkMan rags Hilda Baci of taking N35K from thousands of Nigerians for a cooking lesson and then ghosting them all.
According to VeryDarkMan, the online cookery class was due to begin on March 22nd, 2024, but Hilda Baci has failed to conduct any classes for the thousands of Nigerians who have registered with their N35K.
According to VDM, Hilda Baci already apologized for not starting the cooking masterclass on March 22nd, 2024, and promised to begin the class four days later.
Hilda Baci also informed thousands of Nigerians who paid 35k each that registration closed on March 28, 2024, implying that there will be no classes till further notice.
VDM stated in the video that Hilda Baci has yet to say anything about the online cooking masterclass, including a public apology to the thousands of people who paid N35k for the session.
The activist rebuked Hilda Baci for not checking her comment area / DM, noting that many have already complained about not being joined to any Telegram or WhatsApp group.
Many of those who applied in the VDM conversation revealed that they were unsure of their faith in Hilda Baci’s cooking class, adding that they expected to be experts by now and make a living from it. They further stated that nobody from Hilda Baci’s team was replying to them.
Addressing Hilda Baci, VeryDarkMan begs the Guinness World Record holder not to jeopardize her reputation, claiming that the latest development has a scam vibe.
VeryDarkMan continued by telling Hilda Baci to start an online cooking course for thousands of Nigerians who have given her N35K, or better yet, return the money. The activist stated that failing to do one of them would damage Hilda Baci’s reputation for her brand, and she would have to learn the hard way.
