Big Brother Naija has become one of the most famous reality TV show on the continent.

The show which broadcasts in almost all the 54 countries is famous for these elements; fun, excitement, drama, love, and the scuffles.

There is, however, another fascinating element to Big Brother Naija that puts everyone on the edge of their seats. That element is the commanding and electrifying voice of Ejike Ibedilo.

Ibedilo's contribution to the success of Big Brother Naija can't be underestimated. The former OAP, known for cracking the whip as Big Brother when he needs to has become a mainstay of the show.

For five seasons the show has aired on TV, for five seasons Ibedilo has been consistent.

1. He is an Actor, On Air Personality and Event Compere

Growing up on the streets of Surulere in Lagos, Ejike Ibdedilo didn't have it all rosy. After hustling from studio to studio to horn his talent, his big break came after he met another recognised On-Air-Personality, Frank Udoho. Now, he is an actor, event compere and on-air-personality.

2. He worked at Cool FM, till 2011

If you religiously listened to Cool FM from 9 pm to 12 am, then you probably stumbled on the soulful voice of Ejike Ibdedilo. Unfortunately, Ibdedilo resigned in 2011 because of conflicting interests.

3. His wife got married to him because of his voice

Ibdedilo's voice has brought him a lot of favour including his wife, Lilian Ibedilo. Speaking at the celebration of his 5th wedding anniversary, he said that his wife only fell in love with him because she couldn't resist hearing him speak.

He also told guests that he was melted by her when they first met at the Silverbird Galleria.

4. He believes the secret to a successful marriage is Jesus Christ

Clearly a man of timber and calibre, Ibdedilo's secret to his successful marriage is Jesus Christ.
