Entertainer, Charles Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy has appealed to Pastor Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, better known as Odumeje to use his power to save the country from hardship.

According to Charly Boy, Nigeria’s economy is worsening and the nation is in urgent need of saving.

Taking to his X page to share his thoughts, Charly Boy stated that Nigeria is suffering from hunger.

Sending an appeal to Odumeje, Charly Boy wrote, “Dear Odumeje, We Nigerians have humbly come to you – please can you stop the nation from burning, fire is catching, the economy is plummeting.

“We ask for your power in this desperate time of need.

“Abeg no mind Dangote, he get plenty money oo, this hunger no dey reach him side that’s why E no understand say E go humble before the Indabosky #Naijamatter.”

Charly Boy’s complaint comes amid the hardship in the country which has caused food insecurity and immense hunger.

The Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Kyari, has announced a150-Day Duty-Free Import Window for food commodities.

He added that during this period, the government will relax the tax and import duties on wheat, maize, husked brown rice, and cowpeas.
