A fiery online clash has erupted between Nigerian music stars Zlatan Ibile and Portable following a lavish flex of bank balances on social media.

The exchange began after Zlatan shared a screenshot displaying a account balance of over ₦504 million.

Skeptical of the claim, Portable quickly took to social media to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the funds.

The "Zazuu" crooner argued that no Nigerian musician legitimately keeps that much cash in a single personal account, hinting that Zlatan might be involved in money laundering or shady deals.

Portable went further to boast about his own finances, claiming he has spent over ₦500 million in his lifetime.

Zlatan did not let the commentary slide. Clapping back in the comment section, the rapper poked fun at Portable over a viral video of him using a local soap and a bottle of Fanta to bath for supposedly ritual purposes.

"With all the soap and Fanta, 500M still go far for my guy eye," he wrote.

The sharp jab has set social media ablaze, with fans divided over Portable's skepticism and Zlatan's brutal response.
