Will Stevens, the Consul General of the United States of America Consulate, recently revealed his favourite Nigerian Afrobeats singer.

In a recent interview with comedian Basketmouth, the Consul General was asked to name his favorite Afrobeats artiste. Without hesitation, he mentioned Tems as his top choice.

Stevens praised Tems for her unique voice, stating that he was captivated by her sound.

He said, "My favorite Afrobeats artist has to be Tems. That voice... I was captivated just listening to her. Especially when she sang 'No Woman, No Cry' by Bob Marley on the Black Panther soundtrack. She is incredible."

In addition to Tems, Stevens also enjoys listening to other Afrobeats artistes such as Asake, Fireboy, and Davido.

"I have had the pleasure of meeting several Nigerian artists like Fireboy, Asake, and Davido. I have yet to meet Burna Boy, but they are all amazing individuals. I enjoy listening to Nigerian artistes, but Tems is the one I can tune into at any time," he added.
