'Turning our suffering to comedy' - Area Fada slams Wike over his dancing video

Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charley Boy or Area Fada, has taken to social media to slam Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, after a video of him dancing and praising President Bola Tinubu’s mandate at the office of the Chief of Staff to the President of Nigeria, Femi Gbajabiamila hit the internet.

On Friday, December 8, a video of Wike dancing and serenading Femi Gbajabiamila with the All Progressives Congress (APC) anthem, “On your mandate we shall stand, Jagaban” went viral and attracted several criticisms.

Reacting to the video, Charly Boy accused Wike of turning the suffering of Nigerians into a comedy.

The entertainer also called out Olukayode Ariwoola GCON, a justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria who serves as the chief justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He called him a "DisHonorable Justice".

According to him, Ariwoola turned the country’s constitution upside down when he affirmed Tinubu winner of the 2023 presidential election held in February.

Charly Boy did not leave out the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Mahmood Yakubu as he rained curses on him.

In the caption, Area Fada wrote:

"My people, abi if I talk now them go say AreaFada dey insult dia papa, but when papa dey misbehave like children them no go see am, e be like say some of our leaders dey form Nollywood for our face, turning our suffering to comedy. Dem dey dance shaku shaku ontop our pain while we dey endure hardship.

See DisHonorable justice of injustice we dey call you out for your wicked acts. The masses dey suffer, u don carry our constitution turn am upside down. Our yeye judiciary wey dey promote injustice una try. We go loud am, we no go keep quiet!

YAKUBU na God go judge you.

If all dia doings dey pepper u as e dey pepper me, help me curse dis yeye people.
It shall never be well with dem.
