Toke Makinwa welcomes Pere to 'divorced club'; Nigerians react

Media personality Toke Makinwa has received backlash following her interview with Pere Egbi.

The reality star appeared on Toke's podcast and talked about how he got marriage at the age of 25 and got divorced a year later.

According Pere, he got married shortly after he arrived the United States and that the marriage lasted for only one year.

Toke upon earing this high-fived Pere who was shocked but she further said that her marriage also lasted for one year and she welcomed him to the club.

Reacting to the Toke's high-five moment, netizens took to social media to criticize her for celebrating a divorce with a high-five.
