Discussions have been made on social media after the Omega Power Ministries (OPM) free schools were demolished by the Lagos State Government.

The school administration has threatened to sue the Lagos State Government over the demolition, according to a report by the well-known TV station TVC News.

Speaking to TVC News during the destruction, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere expressed dissatisfaction and disclosed that the land had been lawfully purchased, with the purchase documentation serving as proof.

The officials reportedly took a casual approach and started demolishing the chapel.

Online responses to this have been mixed, with some netizens voicing indignation and others demanding that the church be compensated. The issue has however, not been addressed by the Lagos State Government.
